Petkim- Turkey’s chemicals major has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Iran's NPC International to build a petrochemicals plant in Iran. Capacity at the plnat is estimated to comprise 1.65 mln tpa of methanol and 300,000 tons of polyethylene. The partnership will be a 50-50 joint venture.
