Rosneft is mulling construction of a petrochemical complex at the Komsomolsky oil refinery in Russia's Far East in a project aimed to expand the oil refinery and to produce products including propylene, ethylene and benzol. Output from the oil refinery is planned to be increased from 6 million in 2005 to 7 million tons in 2007.
