Russian oil company RussNeft is ready to allocate funds from its 2005 US$1billion revenues and attract loans to help Belarus modernize the Polimir petrochemical plant.
RussNeft has expressed interest in the upgraddation and modernization of the Polimir plant. To make the upgrade effective and produce competitive products to supply to Eastern and Central Europe, the process should be divided into four to five stages.
