Korea's leading industrial plant builder Samsung Engineering Co. has been awarded a US$350 million plant construction deal by Sharq.
Samsung is to build the world's largest ethylene glycol plant, with an annual capacity of 700,000 tons, in Al Jubail for Sharq, a state-run petrochemical corporation. Construction is scheduled to be complete by February 2008.
