82% stake in Spolana to Polish company Anwil, which is also controlled by PKN. Spolana is the leading producer of PVC in the Czech Republic, and also produces chlorine, fertilizers and industrial gases. Anwil is the only producer of PVC in Poland and a leading nitrogenous fertilizer producer.
PKN holds a 13.4% stake in Spolana and a 63% of Unipetrol, which in turn holds 82% of Spolana. The sale of shares is estimated to fetch Kc 1 billion (€ 35 million).
