Life-Time Poly-Millwork, a leading US manufacturer of polyurethane architectural products, and its parent company, RAS Industries, have acquired North Carolina-based Focal Point Architectural Products, Inc. from its parent company, Noel Group, LLC. Terms of the agreement between the two privately-held companies were not disclosed. RAS Industries' management indicated that Focal Point will continue its current business practices and will operate as an independent company within the RAS Industries' family. The established Focal Point customer relationships will be maintained and enhanced by the addition of the Life-Time product offerings, and the ordering process will remain the same.
Focal Point Architectural Products is a leading provider of distinguished polyurethane architectural mouldings and architectural elements. Afshan Khan, CEO of RAS Industries, remarked, "The combination of Focal Point's presence in the retail channels and the strength of its interior moulding products, coupled with Life-Time's position in the exterior millwork market, creates a complete architectural solution for our customers."
