Zimmer sells subsidiary to India based marketing and trading arm

Zimmer AG has sold its subsidiary Polytrade GmbH polymers trading and marketing arm to Zoom Developers, a holding and project development company located in India, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2006. Zoom Developers Pvt. Ltd. is headquartered in Mumbai, India Polytrade will continue to remain Zimmer's marketing partner for polyester granulates, polyamides and fibers and continue its polyester additive and catalyst production and marketing activities under a license of Zimmer AG.
