JBF Industries Ltd has arrived at a decision to enter into a joint venture agreement with Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority to set up a PET manufacturing project. The project will be set up in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The board of directors has been given approval to execute the JV in an extraordinary general meeting. JBF Industries is engaged in the manufacture of polyester chips and polyester Partially Oriented Yarns (POY).
