Citing higher cost of operation particularly related to raw materials, Perstorp will increase the price for Trimethylolpropane (TMP) and Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) effective April 1st, 2009 or as existing contracts permit. The increase in price for Trimethylolpropane (TMP) will be EUR 75/MT in Europe, 4 c/lb in North America and USD 100/MT in all other markets. Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) price will increase by EUR 85/MT in Europe, 5 c/lb in North America and USD 110/MT on all other markets.
