German group Bericap- based in Budenheim, will acquire the remaining 50.1% stake in the joint venture Bericap India (Murbad) from its partner Essel Propack.
The Indian JV - Beri Essel Closures was founded by two in 2001. Bericap's claim of being the world´s third largest manufacturer of plastics closures, have been supported by a 10% rise in sales in 2005 to EUR 380m.
