Berstorff and Krauss-Maffei Kunststofftechnik have formed a joint venture to set up a subsidiary as per Russian law. The BKM O.O.O., under the legal form of a German GmbH, is registered in Moscow. Berstorff has already been present in these markets for more than 80 years and has delivered numerous tailor-made individual machines and complete production lines for the plastics and rubber processing industries. Both the companies will extend and improve the range of services for their customers in Russia and other countries of the CIS with this joint subsidiary. BKM will concentrate on services, assembly and commissioning as well as modernisation and repairs.
