World oil prices steadied as all eyes turn towards two crucial meetings to be held in Vienna next week. New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in April, closed at US$63.67 a barrel. In London, the price of Brent North Sea crude for April delivery stood at US$64.18 a barrel.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is to meet in Vienna to deliberate recommendations of UN sanctions against Iran over its disputed nuclear program.
The next meeting this week, also in Vienna, is that of OPEC to set production levels.
